Abstract
Objective:To determine the level of maternal serum SOD,MDA and VE in patients with spontaneous abortion in order to analyze their significance of pathogenesis of spontaneous abortion. Methods:The levels of maternal serum SOD,MDA and VE was measured in 30 patients with spontaneous abortion and 20 normal early pregnant women by chemicalorimetry. Results:The level of maternal serum MDA in patients with spontaneous abortion was higher than that of normal early pregnant women(P0.05),while the levels of SOD and VE were significantly decreased(P0.05,P0.05).Conclusion:The three indexes have more significance to treatment and prediction of spontaneous abortion.
