Abstract
Employment of minority ethnic graduates in Xinjiang has experienced from a series package of uniform allocation to the two-way job choice,the independent choosing profession transformation.Because of the large-scale university recruitment,the inclination of the matriculation policy,problems of employment of minority ethnic graduates are more and more prominent.The paper analyzes both subjective and objective reasons in detail and proposes that the government,the university as well as minority ethnic university students discover corresponding measures respectively and solve this difficulty together.
