Reasons of Difficulty in Employment for Female Normal School Graduates of Ethnic Minorities and Countermeasures

Since the enlarging enrollment in 1997,the graduate employment status has become more and more serious,especially the status for female graduates of ethnic minorities.The present paper delves profoundly into the reasons why there are such difficulties of employment for the female minority graduates from two as-pects---the social factors and the graduates themselves,so as to find a good way to the cultivation of the fe-male minority college students.
