Abstract
The employment situation of minority college students in minority regions is related to the vital interests of thousands of ethnic minority students themselves and their families. Compared with the Han nationality college students,the employment situation of minority college students is special,and the situation of different ethnic groups is different. Through summarizing the previous literatures,the research on the problems and solutions of Minority College Students' employment is analyzed.
