A Rapid Screen Multiresidue Method for Determination of 27 Organophosphorus Insecticides in Vegetables and Fruits

Abstract

A simple and fast method was developed capable of determination of 27 organophosphorus pesticides. The method used acetonitrile to extract the residues, then directly concentrate and inject into instrument for qualification and quantification. The residues were undergoing simultaneous identification and quantitation using gas chromatography with dual- column and dual- flame photometric detector (FPD). Averaged recoveries gained of three spiked levels with 27 organophosphorus pesticides were found to be 70% ~ 120% in 6 vegetables and fruits. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 20% . The minimum detection limits of the present method were in ranges of 0.010 4~ 0.862 5 mg· kg- 1, 0.006 5~ 0.172 5 mg· kg- 1 for HP- 1 column and HP- 17 column, respectively. In addition, the minimum detection limit for phoxim was higher in double columns with 0.862 5 mg· kg- 1 and 0.172 5 mg· kg- 1, respectively.
