Abstract
Objective:A method for the determination of 23organophosphorus pesticides residuces in fruits and vegetables by SPE/GC.Methods:The samples were extracted by acetonitrile solution,after the extract was purified through CARBON-NH3 column.The collected solution was analyzed by using GC–FPD.Results:27 organophosphorus pesticides gave a good linearity in the range of 0.05 μg/ml~2.0 μg/ml(r0.99).The detectionlimints were 0.2 μg/L~10.0 μg/L.The recovery rate and RSD were73.5%~99.5% and 1.1%~4.6% at 0.5 mg/kg respectively,and were 80.5%~102.4%,and 1.2%~5.1% at 2.0 mg/kg respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,effective purification and high recovery.It is suitable for the sample shape full of 23organophosphorus pesticides residuces in fruits and vegetables.
