Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the healing of abdominal operative incision. Methods The healing of abdominal incision was observed in 120 patients treated with or without bFGF, and the data were analyzed. Results bFGF group was superior to control group in terms of the time of incision healing and good healing rate. Conclusion bFGF can accelerate the healing of abdominal operative incision.
