Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of basic fibroblast g ro wth factor(bFGF)on surgical incision healing. Methods The healing procedure o f72cases of rbFGF group and control group were observed, the healing time wer e analyzed by statistic methods. Results The first-class healing rate was much higher and healing time was much shorter in the treated group than those of the control group. Conclusion Administration of rbFGF in operation may improve firs t-class healing rate and shorten healing time.
