Abstract
Purpose To observe the effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) on the healing of anus wound. Methods Sixty-eight patients with anus wound were treated with bFGF,while other forty-one patients were with routine dressing change. To be noted the healing time of wounds and building of local scar and determined the contents of local albumen and DNA. Results The healing time of the wounds treated with bFGF was(17.0±1.5)d and healing rate of which was 97%,while the healing time was(20±1.2)d and healing rate was 88% in control group(P0.01). The contents of local albumen and DNA were much than the control group(P0.01). Conclusions Local application of bFGF can accelerate the healing of the anus wounds.
