Clinical observation of Danhong injection in treatment of 168 cases of recurrently ischemic cerebral stroke

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Danhong injection in treatment of recurrently ischemic cerebral stroke.Methods:One hundred and sixty-eight cases of recurrently ischemic cerebral stroke were randomly divided into control group(80 cases) and treatment group(88 cases).The patients in control group were treated by danshen injection,and patients in treatment group were treated by danhong injection.The clinical curative effect including a score of nerve function as well as changes of hemorheology(D-dimer,fibrinogen)and micro-bleeds were observed between the two groups.Results:The parameters of hemorheology and trauma of nerve function were obviously improved(P0.01).The total effect rate and improvement of hemorheology in treatment group had a significant difference compared with those in control group(P0.01).There was no significant difference demonstrated before and after danhong injection treatment.Conclusions:Danhong injection can improve the parameters of hemorheology and trauma of nerve function of recurrently ischemic cerebral stroke,and without increasing cerebral bleeding tendency obviously.Danhong injection is proved to be effective and safe in treatment of recurrently ischemic cerebral stroke.
