Discussion on the new mode of training IT professional personnel in local universities

Through analyzing problems existed in training IT professional personnel in local universities and combining the reference to the experience of teaching practice reform of one university,a new IT professional personnel training mode is proposed with ‘ defining training objective,planning scientifically the course system,adopting high-efficient teaching methods,strengthening the experiment and practice teaching ‘.The setup of the new mode will facilitate the cultivation of talented professionals,and will improve IT talents' professional quality and practice ability.
