Teaching Model of Innovation and Personnel Training Practices for IT Professionals in Normal University

Based on the characteristics of IT skill in normal universities and community demand to the IT professionals,according to the 3 +4 model and the actual situation in our school,we propose practice teaching and capacity-building system that oriented to industry and strengthening the cooperation with enterprises.In this model,we toward the goal of competency-based,project-driven,and strengthen practice teaching,in order to develop applied IT talent with high quality,solid theoretical and extensive knowledge.It has bee proved that the good results have been achieved.
