Foundation of Training Mode for Innovative Professional Personnel of Safety Engineering in Universities

In order to gain innovative personnel training mode,based on major problems of personnel training for safety engineering in universities and in combination with qualified teachering personnel,training programs,students' employment and postgraduate entrance exams of safety engineering,this paper establishes training mode for innovative personnel from four aspects,namely,the cultivation of the sense of innovation,creative thinking,and innovation ability,the reform of personnel training programs,faculty building and practice teaching.According to effect of application,it is found that innovative training mode can promote learning enthusiasm of students and their sense of innovation and creative thinking;meanwhile focusing on strengthening practice teaching can help improve practice ability and innovative ability of students and quality of personnel training.So training mode will meet need of economic and social development for high quality talents and training of safety engineering professionals will become more directional and purposeful.
