Research on the Relation between Type 2 Diabetes with Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver and Blood Lipid Disorders

Objective To discuss the relation between type 2 diabetes with nonalcoholic fatty liver and blood lipid disorders.Methods All 40 patients type 2 diabetes with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,45 patients type 2 diabetes without non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,40 normal and healthy people.The following were mensurated:body mass index(BMI),blood lipid,fasting plasma glucose,liver function,and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)were calculated.To analyze the dyslipidemia features of T2DM patients with NAFLD.Results The comparison between T2DM patients with NAFLD and without NAFLD and and the normal group showed that for the former their level of BMI,triglycerides(Triglyceride,TG),fasting insulin(FINS),alanyl aminotransferase(ALT),r-glutamyl transferase(GGT)and HOMA-IR was significantly higher(P0.05).Conclusion There are obvious lipid metabolism,insulin resistance and overweight for T2DM patients with NAFLD.
