Predicament and Transcendence——Studying the situations of family female members in their family enterprises

China has created an environment for women to bring their role into full play during building socialist market economy.Due to various factors,however,female members cannot deserve their potential for development in their family enterprises and huge barriers remain there.We should set correct concept of women's rights and that of individual's property in accordance with socialist market economy,further forming a reasonable allocation of family property and rights as well as management order.
