Abstract
The idea of democratic management in enterprises is an important aspect of pushing democratic management in enterprises. We must considerate relative old ideas of democratic management in order to use the new idea in more enterprises. The democratic management becomes an inevitable choice in enterprises under a new social era and knowledge economy conditions. The central point of renewing the idea is that we should make a position on values of management relations, recognize the management rights and interests of workers and staff members under a modern market economy. The enterprises should have team spirits and core competition through democratic management in order to realize a win-win situation between the workers and staff members and the enterprises.
