Abstract

Family is the most important social institution in China. The idea of the family and the pan-family are inevitably permeated with every aspect of our social economy. Generally, China's private economy, which chooses the family enterprise as its mode of organization and management, chiefly trusts the family members and its resources are allocated according to the law of the interpersonal relationship. There are a large number of family enterprises in China today and instead of negativing them all we should admit the rationality of their existence.
