Abstract
Dumping is an unfair way of trade. In regard to the present antidumping situation of our country, we should study WTO rules and antidumping laws of other countries in order to find differences by comparing and try our best to establish some practical institutions that conform with our country at the moment as to improve the antidumping legislation of our country.
