Abstract
Antidumping is one of the legitimate rights which the WTO entrusts to the import countries for self-protection and current important means of curbing unfair competition and regulating international trade order. For many years, Chinese economy has suffered the antidumping actions by other countries. After accession to the WTO Chinese enterprises will still face the dual test and challenge of dumping and antidumping. China should establish an antidumping mechanism in accordance with the antidumping law of the WTO. On the one hand, China should set up the correct price strategy and the antidumping prevention mechanism, formulate complete antidumping answering regulations so as to lessen the government intervention and control to the enterprises and shake off the unfavorable status of non-market economy nation and utilize fully the WTO rules to react against the antidumping which the foreign countries impose on Chinese export products to promote the development of export trade; on the other hand, China should perfect the antidumping legal system and adjust the functions of the antidumping body, and take antidumping measures against the dumping of foreign products in China to protect domestic industries.
