Study On Antidumping Problems During Joining WTO

Abstract

Antidumping is one of the legitimate rights which GATT and WTO entrust to the import country for considerable self-protection. We should build an antidumping organization in consistent with the antidumping law of WTO. On the one hand, We should utilize this law to react against the antidumping which the foreign country imposes on our export products and try to eliminate the discrimination treatment to promote the development of export trade, on the other, we should make antidumping law perfect and take anti-measures against the foreign products in China to protect our national industries.
