Abstract

Difficulties in employment for College graduates have been the hot issues in society.The weak competitiveness mainly results from low employability.It is maintained that some effective measures should be taken to enhance college graduates' employability,among which are constructing an employment eco-chain,improving college education mode,reinforcing practical teaching and forming an educational view in terms of quality development centering on creativity and practice.
