The Analysis and Promotion of College Graduates' Employability in the Dilemma

Abstract
On the one hand,the society is in great demand of college graduates;on the other hand,college graduates find it very difficult to get employed.This contradictory situation profiles the importance and urgency of boosting the employability of college graduates,which is composed of the explicit,tacit and social part.Hence,we need to establish a mechanism integrating guidance,instruction and practice to attain our goal.
