Abstract

Employability of the graduates has been a topic of social concern.Government,colleges,corporations and graduates have a shared responsibility to improve the employability of the graduates.After anatomizing the problems that lie in the construction of the employability and revealing its obstacles,the paper offers solutions to promote the employability of the graduates in the local university.
