Abstract

The rural land system reform in China is entering a new stage. One of the core contents of the current reform is to establish a fair and reasonable compensation system of land expropriation. On discussion of the problems in the current land requisition compensation composition, in this paper we analyze the survey data of the national land compensation and propose approaches to establishing a fair and reasonable pricing mechanism of land requisition compensation.
