Qiliqiangxin Capsule of Chronic Heart Failure Patients With Left Ventricular Systolic Function and Exercise Tolerance

[Objective] Observed Qiliqiangxin capsule on chronic systolic heart failure (CHF) in patients with left ventricular function and exercise tolerance.[Methods] Selected 100 patients with different causes of CHF were randomly divided into two groups,control group of 58 patients were treated with digitalis,diuretics, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors and other conventional treatment Qiliqiangxin group of 62 patients with conventional treatment in the control group Based on the oral Qiliqiangxin capsule.For 6 months.Clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment,left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD),left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF),serum B - type natriuretic peptide (BNP),6min walking distance.[Results] 6 months after treatment,Qiliqiangxin group was significantly higher than the total effective rate (P 0.05).Qiliqiangxin LVEDd and BNP group than in the control group before treatment and decreased significantly (P 0.01 and P 0.05).Qiliqiangxin group of LVEF,6min walking distance than the control group before treatment and increased significantly (P 0.01 and P 0.05).[Conclusion] Qiliqiangxin capsules can improve left ventricular function in patients with CHF to improve exercise capacity,reduce the concentration of BNP,good security.
