Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of treatment of low-dose omeprazole in functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods To select from August 2005 to October 2008 in Shenyang No.4 city people's hospital the clear diagnosis of out-patient treatment of 260 cases of FD patients, which is an odd number of cases the observation group, the use of oral low-dose omeprazole(10mg/d)treatment.The control group is an even number cases, the use of esomeprazole(20mg/d),domperidone(motilium)(10mg/d) combination treatment. The two groups were observed in patients with heartburn, fullness, epigastric discomfort and belching and other improvements in clinical symptoms. Results The two groups before and after treatment, heartburn, upper abdominal pain, belching score differences were statistically significant decline(P 0.01),and satiety score classification decreased the observation group there was no significant difference(P0.05),the control group the difference was not statistical significance(P0.05),but the difference between the two groups was not significan(tP0.05).Total remission rate of 79.9 percent for the observation group, the control group was 81.2%,and there was no significant difference(P0.05)between the two groups. Conclusion Low-dose omeprazole treatment efficacy certainly FD with esomeprazole, domperidone is similar to the effect of combination therapy, and fewer adverse reactions and can be used for the treatment of choice for ED drugs.
