Abstract

On the basis of explaining the discipline characteristics of specialized food quality and safety and talent's training objectives,the guiding and basic thoughts on the structures of the food quality and safety practice were expounded;and it's practical teaching system was described in detail.At last,show the improvement and the results of practical teaching operational of food quality and safety.
