Abstract

As a new space-organized form of industry,industrial cluster enjoys a strong priority in competition;meanwhile,it has been practically proved to be a new effective theory for the district economy home and abroad.If it develops smoothly,it can greatly improve the competitiveness of the district economy.Yet the proper choice of policy is the important factor in stimulating the formation and healthy development of industrial cluster.
