Abstract
The filament of Lilium Manissa was used as explants for adventitious buds,roots induction and established micropropagation system. The results showed that the optimum medium for adventitious buds was MS + 0. 5 mg / L 6-BA + 0. 3 mg / L NAA,and for regeneration adventitious buds was MS + 0. 6 mg / L 6-BA +0. 6 mg / L NAA,the proliferation rate of shoot was up to 3. 76. The optimum medium for rooting was MS + 0. 1mg / L NAA,rooting rate was 100%. The plantlets were better in MS of no hormone. The plantlets were transplanted in the matrix with mixed sand,and the survival rate was 92%.
