The Position Change of Legal Finding:From the Historical Jurisprudence to the Concept Jurisprudence

Abstract
Nowadays,the legal finding is basically understood from two aspects: one is the origin of law angle,the other is from the legal application.It should be said that law finding is elaborated earlier from the perspective of the legislative.Therefore,it is necessary to track back the process from the historical jurisprudence and concept law for achieving the panoramic understanding of the legal finding.
