Route to the Study of Jurisprudence Research in China

Jurisprudence is a legal science theory discipline,which studys abstract research and obtains the most basic theory system from complex legal phenomenon,its research subjects are the legal issues of common concerns and the legal theories.The writer thinks that the researches of jurisprudence should be carried on two levels.On the one hand,people should start with thinking on law philosophy to construct an ideal blueprint for the evolution of jurisprudence.On the other hand,jurisprudence researches should analyze the practical functioning form of the existing legal system to provide theoretical guidance for the present legal regime.
