Abstract

About the legal finding,there are two mains points. One is from the angle of the law origin,and the other is the application of law. At present,the academia discusses the legal finding from the judicial perspective,not from the legislative position. Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the background,viewpoint and influence about the legal finding of legislative position in detail in order to obtain the panoramic understanding.
