Abstract
The sweet pepper(Capsicum annuum L.) were used for tissue culture to establish a high-frequency regeneration system,and the effects of different hormone combinations and culture medium were groped on the callus induction,adventitious bud differentiation and elongation.The results showed that the appropriate induction medium for the formation of callus from cotyledons was MS+0.3 mg/L 6-BA+ 1.0 mg/L NAA;the appropriate medium for the adventitious buds formation was MS+ 3.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.5 mg/L IAA + 4.0 mg/L AgNO3;the appropriate elongation and radication media were MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.2 mg/L IAA + 2.0 mg/L ZT +2.0 mg/L GA3 and 1/2MS+0.5 mg/L IBA(or 1/2MS+ 0.5 mg/L NAA).
