Construction of the Scientific Research Teamwork in Colleges and Universities

Scientific research is considered as one of three main functions of colleges and universities.Scientific research organizations such as laboratories,research institutes,project groups,project research centers play important roles in integrating scientific and technological resources,assembling scientific research talents,forming team efficiency,stimulating research and innovation.However,there are some problems in the building college innovative research teams.In order to build an efficient research team,we should face the problems and begin with the system construction to optimize the internal structure of the team,train team culture,and establish innovative organization.
