Abstract

Innovative scientific and research team in higher vocational colleges is the high-qualified teachers' academic group,which has an important value for the discussion of constructing scientific and research team in higher vocational colleges at present.Through the analysis of the connotation of innovative scientific and research team,this paper puts forward that higher vocational colleges should adopt a series of countermeasures to conduct scientific management and training,which ensures innovative scientific and research team becomes a well-driven force of college's research and development.
