High-performance scientific research team in colleges and universities refers to the scientific research community composed of related scientific research personnels of colleges and universities under the collective leadership of excellent directors,which is characterized by working in colleges and universities,strong stability,high performance,regulated management,and high efficiency.The creation of the team shall be focused on such interrelated and interpenetrative practice links as selection of qualified team members,equipment of advanced research devices,promotion of team cooperation,intensification of process management,innovation of examination mechanism,and acquisition of social recognition.
