Abstract

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy and toxicity for advanced gastric carcinoma using OLF (L-OHP/LV/5-Fu) regimen or FLP (DDP/LV/5-Fu) regimen.Methods:40 cases were treated with OLF regimen (L-OHP 130 mg/m 2,d1, LV 100 mg/m 2,d1~5, 5-Fu 500 mg/m 2,d1~5) and the other 40 cases were treated with FLP regimen (DDP 20 mg/m 2,d1~5, LV 100 mg/m 2,d1~5, 5-Fu 500 mg/m 2,d1~5). All repeated every 3 weeks. Results:The response rates of the OLF and FLP regimen were 62.5 % Vs 40.0 % ( P 0.05). The time to progression (TTP) were 28 weeks vs 22 weeks ( P 0.05).Conclusion:OLF regimen may be promising for treating advanced gastric cancer and it is worthy of further clinical trial.
