Abstract

Objective:To survey the clinical efficacy and toxicity of advanced gastric carcinoma using OLF (L-OHP/LV/5-FU) regimen or FLP (DDP/LV/5-FU) regimen.Methods:50 cases of gastric cancinoma in stage Ⅲ operated by D3 gastrectomy were randomized into two groups. 25 cases were treated with OLF regimen (L-OHP 130mg/m 2/dl, LV 100mg/m 2/dl~5, 5-FU 500mg/m 2/dl~5) and the other 25 cases were treated with FLP regimen (DDP 20mg/m 2/d1~5, LV 100mg/m 2/dl~5, 5-FU 500mg/m 2/dl~5). All repeated every 3 weeks. Results:The 1-year and 3-year survival rates of the two groups are 84.0% vs 72.0% (P0.05) and 76.2% vs 55.6% (P0.05). The 1-year and 3-year disease-free survival rates of the two groups are 76.0% vs 44.0% (P0.05) and 66.7% vs 27.8% (P0.05).Conclusion:These results showed that OLF regimen may be promising for treating advanced gastric carcinoma and it is worthy of further clinical trial.
