Will to Power in the Scientific and Technological Development and Cultural Reflections

Science and technology in the progress of human civilization has played a dynamic role in the original nature,but human survival and social progress of science and technology have made the social environment issue of science and technology become more prominent.The paper examines the history of science and technology and the fetters of the will to power,analyzes modern science and technology development in utilitarian tendency and human tendency,pays special attentions to social responsibility of science and technology community,and explores the importance of harmony between morality and interests in traditional Chinese culture.Only when the harmony is achieved among science and technology,will to power,values,traditional value and culture,the dynamic balance among science and technology,individuals and society can be realized.
