Philosophical Speculation on the Differentiation between Science & Technology and Its Value under the Global Context

Science technology and value are indispensable rational visions of human.But when people put rationality of science technology in core position of human reason,science technology and value are separated.The alienation of science technology will be an alien force governing people.With globalization,the alienation phenomenon of separation between science technology and has acrossed national boundaries and social barriers,and even turned out to be a technical hegemony and makes science technology become a test of entire human risks and disasters.In order to reduce and eliminate differentiation of science technology and value,we should establish right value of science technology,promote science technology to contribute to mankind development,hold the people-oriented principle between harmonious relation between science technology and restructure globalization in an impartial,fair and reasonable way.
