Abstract
Science and technology contains a valuable social cause. The positive values of science and technology include values of materialistic, political, ecological, social transformational civilizations, and so on; the negative values are not only revealed in the harm done to the materialistic civilization, but also that to the spiritual civilization. In order to make sound use of the values of science and technology, it is necessary to establish a view that science and technology, economy, society, environment and human beings themselves are in a harmonious development, build a mechanism of social control to apply science and technology, and realize the harmony between human and nature, scientific and technological development and human, individuals and a synthetic harmony between human, nature and society.
