Analysis of the Industrial Structure of Neo-Industrialized Heilongjiang Province

Neo-industrialization marks the decline of traditional industry with high consumption of material resources.Though analyzing status quo of three industrial structure,style structure of industrial enterprises,structure of ownership,and structure of employment,Heilongjiang province's industrial structure is different from littoral's,This is quite true in Heilongjiang Province,where the industrial structure is still underdeveloped compared with the coastal areas.The authors find out that the problems with Heilongjiang Province's industrial structure are mainly configuration unbalance,absence of strategic planning,extensive increase,inefficiency market environment.The authors point out that technology and system innovation should be encouraged for development of neo-industrialization.
