The Analysis on Heilongjiang Province's Economic Growth and Industrial Retructuring

According to the study of industrial structure theory and the practice of economic development,there is steadily inner link and regularity between national economic growth and industrial structure conversion,and industrial structure rationalization can efficiently promote the economic growth.By analyzing the Heilongjiang Province's economic growth and industrial structure over the past 15 years the paper concludes that the predominant industry function is not strong in the industrial structure adjustment in Heilongjiang Province.The evident dualistic economic contradiction stagnates the development of the tertiary industry.The lack of late-starting advantages and the comparative advantages seriously obstruct Heilongjiang Province's economic growth.
