Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of amlodipine and benazepril in treatment of hypertension with diabetes.Methods:One hundred and thirty-two cases of hypertension with diabetes were randomly divided into two groups.Sixty-six cases with amlodipine 5 mg,benazepril 10 mg,once daily oral,control group 66 cases alone enalapril 20 mg once a day,using both eight weeks.Results:Total efficiency were 92.4%,62.1% in study group and control group respectively,the control group,1 patient can not tolerate the side effects of withdrawal.Conclusion:Effects of amlodipine and benazepril satisfied with the effect of treatment of hypertension with diabetes.
