Effects of amlodipine combined with benazepril in treatment of primary hypertension

Objective To investigate the antihypertensive effect of amlodipine,benazepril treatment of essential hyperten sion.Methods A total of 100 hypertensive patients in our hospital,all patients were randomly divided into two groups(amlodipine,benazepril combination therapy) and control group(amlodipine) 50 cases each,two groups were compared an tihypertensive effect and adverse reactions.Results The observation group buck total effective rate was 92.0%,significantly higher than that in the control group(P 0.05).SBP of the observation group,of DBP than before treatment and control group was significantly lower(P 0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine,benazepril treatment of essential hypertension have syn ergistic antihypertensive effect,the exact effect of step-down,security is good,worthy of promotion and application.
