Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical application of Amlodipine and Benazepril in patients with primary hypertension. Methods:Eighty primary hypertension patients in our department were randomly divided into two groups,Amlodipine and Benazepril therapy group(A group,n=40)and Amlodipine group(B group,n=40).Compared the safety and effectiveness of drug after treatment four weeks. Results:According to occasional measurements, the blood pressure of A group was lower than B group. The efficient of A group was 97.5percentage,while the B group was 85.0percentage,there have significant differences between them(P0.05).Three cases appeared angina, one cases appeared nonfatal myocardial infarction in B group,no one in A group, but four cases appeared cough. Conclusion:The antihypertensive efficient of Amlodipine and Benazepril group was perfect than Amlodipine group in patients with primary hypertension. This methods has high safety and suitable for clinical application.
