Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and the mechanism on diabetic nephropathy in early stage with decoction made by ourselves.Methods:90 cases of diabetic nephropathy in accordance with diagnostic criteria were randomized into 2 groups. The control group(40 patients)used Losartan. The treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine on the base of the control group. The efficacy was observed after 2 months in two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was better than that of control group(P0.05).The UAER,TC and TG were obviously improved than those in the control group(P0.05).The blood rheology and Scr were obviously improved in the treatment group(P0.05),and no significant improved in the control group(P0.05).There was no significant difference in FBG and BUN both of 2 groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine had good cure effect on diabetic nephropathy in early stage and it's worthy of clinical use.
