Clinical Research on Jinpiao Decoction in Treating Patients with Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:To observe the effect of treatment combining traditional Chinese and western medicine on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:120 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(n=60)and the control group(n=60).2 groups of patients are in the foundation treatment at the same time effectively control blood sugar levels by western medicine,treatment group based on it and added the Jinpiao Decoction.2 group were treated,and six months after treatment and observed 2 groups of symptoms,physical signs and laboratory related indicators.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group is 91.7% and control group is 58.3%,two groups with significant difference(P0.01).24h urine protein excretion,blood glucose,microalbuminuria,blood and urine beta 2-MG,blood fat,hemorheology indices such as the treatment group were more treatment after treatment before improed significantly(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion:Treatment combining traditional Chinese and western medicine on early diabetic nephropathy is better than pure western medicine.
