Abstract
Objective: Analyze the clinical efficacy of Combining Chinese and Western medicine treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy. Methods: 90 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, control group,40 cases only treated with conventional Western medical,50 cases of the treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy was added together with Shen Qi Di Huang Tang and Taohongsiwutang,follow-up observation of two Group efficacy measured indicators of changes in renal function. Results: The total effective rate was 96.0% ,81.0% in the control group and treatment group, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P 0.05);differences in the indicators after treatment comparison,UAER,SCR,BUN levels The two groups there are significant differences (P 0.05).Conclusion: The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of diabetic kidney disease can effectively improve renal function and the main clinical symptoms, adjusting the patient lipid metabolism, delaying the process of renal dysfunction and other effects;it is worth clinical practice and application.
