Abstract

Objective To study the clinical effect of the decoction of Zhibai Dihuang for diabetic nephropathy. Method Sixty-two patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and the control group was treated with single Western medicine. The related data was compared between two groups.Results The effective rates were 80.65% and 64.5% in the treatment group and control group respectively.FBG, HbA1c, UAER, Tch and TG were obviously improved in the treatment group (P0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is more effective than Western routine medical treatment.
